This waterfall is incredibly close to Watkins Glen state park in New York's finger lakes region. Surprisingly though, standing at 96 ft tall, it is still very easy to miss this waterfall. It's right on route 14 where the speed limit is 55 mph. It only flows after heavy rains or in the early spring. This was the first time I drove by here and there was an actual flow.
